Performance at the Giostra di Zante celebrations

For the second year running, we are honored to be part of the Giostra di Zante festival on the island of Zakynthos in Greece. The organizers are led by the wonderful Maura, who deserves a big thank you for the excellent organization of such a spectacular event. At the island celebrations, we perform a series of duels, oriental dances, and, above all, a fire show, which is a huge success every year.

The Cultural Association “Giostra di Zante” is based on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, in Greece and every year presents the Giostra of the Ring - Giostra dell’ anello!!! 

It is a revival of equestrian competitions of skill that includes a parade of participants with period costumes, dances, theater, swordplay, period shows, games and various medieval events. Many European clubs and clubs from Greece in general participate.

Reliquia, your group, is one of those that present various shows and we are particularly happy about it.You are a very good and creative team, with excellent members who present shows with a lot of action that are historically documented. The value of culture is recognized and invested in.

We consider you our warm supporters in our effort to keep our cultural heritage "alive" and the mutual trust we have gives our work a source of strength and inspiration. A huge thematic spectrum is covered, resulting in "immersing" our guests and the audience in "magical worlds", in medieval times that recount forbidden loves, dances, heroic deeds, battles or even real events.

The Middle Ages in general is a fascinating era of knightly life, brave warriors, etc. With a nostalgic character and usually with your beautiful costumes and shows, you travel us to the atmosphere of that era and everyone can watch with pleasure. We are proud of our collaboration!!! And it will be our great pleasure to have you with us every year.
